Passion is one of the strongest emotions out there, and feeling it towards an activity can often keep said activity on your mind throughout carrying out your daily tasks. Following one’s passion is a means to cope with routine-generated stress by providing something to look forward to doing once you are done with the day’s assignments.
How are we going to pursue our goals? Through constant stride and innovation in the field of NGO-based activity and through the constant enrollment and training of teenagers who share our values and passions in order to shape them for a brighter future.How long are we going to keep fighting? New York Crew always adapts to an ever-changing environment and to the requirements of society. We adopt the new technologies and trends set by our members, athletes and artists and improve by pushing our limits forward a little bit every day. Therefore we are in a continuous pursuit of our passions and will fight until the flame of passion is extinguished.

Copywriters are responsible for producing engaging, clear text for different advertising channels such as websites, print ads, and catalogs. Their duties include researching keywords, producing interesting written content, and proofreading their work for accuracy and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Write clear, attractive content with a distinct voice; Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project/event requirements; Collaborate with editors & designers on large/small-scale projects / events; Conduct high-quality research and interviews; Edit and proofread content as needed; Source images and other content
Minimum Technical Requirements
Proficiency with common office software; Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team; Ability to produce copy for digital media channels; Excellent attention to detail
Minimum Qualifications/Experience
Proven success in producing content for advertising / marketing campaigns; Bachelor’s degree (graduated or graduating) in Communication, Public Relations or Marketing is a plus; Volunteering experience is also a plus

The main purpose of the Social Media Coordinator is to create and maintain a strong online presence for our Association. Social Media Coordinator’s role is to implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Execute a results-driven social media strategy; develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms; maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels; monitor social media channels for industry trends; interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments; review analytics and create reports on key metrics
Minimum Technical Requirements
Proven work experience on social media channels; expertise in multiple social media platforms; ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively; excellent communication skills; multitasking and analytical skills
Minimum Qualifications/Experience
At least 1yr experience working in Social Media field; Bachelor’s degree (graduated or graduating) in Marketing, New Media or any relevant field is a plus

The main purpose of the graphic designer is to continuously create original digital content that best represents New York Crew’s mission and personality.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualising and developing concepts, graphics and layouts based on requirements, using graphic design softwares; testing graphics across various media; amend designs after feedback; ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Minimum Technical Requirements
Proven graphic designing experience; familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.); a keen eye for aesthetics and details; excellent communication skills; ability to work methodically and meet deadlines; accuracy and attention to detail; degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
Minimum Qualifications/Experience
At least 1yr experience working with graphic design software or any related field; volunteering experience is a plus
