Corporate Fundraising Manager (Collaboration-Based)

Job Description:

We seek a well-connected Corporate Fundraising Manager (Collaboration-Based) to join our New York Crew ecosystem. As a Corporate Fundraising Manager, you will identify, cultivate, and solicit corporate partnerships and sponsorships to support our mission-driven initiatives in events education, sports research, and advocacy action. This is a collaboration-based position, meaning that you can work with us on a project-by-project basis and may also have other responsibilities.

As a Corporate Fundraising Manager, your work will have a significant impact on the growth of our organization in Romania and CEE and its ability to deliver high-impact programs to sports enthusiasts, change-makers, and fans. We are looking for someone passionate about our mission and eager to help us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your existing network and connections to identify potential corporate partners and sponsors, and develop targeted outreach strategies to engage them.
• Build and expand relationships with corporate partners and sponsors to cultivate long-term partnerships and engagement.
• Develop compelling proposals and pitches for corporate partnerships and sponsorships, and manage the proposal process from start to finish.
• Work closely with the CEO  and Business Executive Officers to identify funding needs and opportunities, and align corporate partnerships with our organizational goals.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and sponsorship packages with corporate partners and sponsors, and ensure all commitments are fulfilled.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of corporate fundraising prospects, and maintain accurate records of all communications and activities 
• Attend relevant networking events and conferences to promote our organization and cultivate new corporate partnerships and sponsorships.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate fundraising, corporate partnerships, or sales, or other relevant experience
• Strong existing network and connections in the corporate fundraising and sponsorship space
• Experience working in a nonprofit or social impact organization preferred
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative fundraising approaches
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Passion for our mission to create social impact in sports through education, digitization, and data analysis.

Success Fee:

As a Corporate Fundraising Manager, you will be offered a success fee based on the revenue generated from corporate partnerships and sponsorships secured. After a 3-month period of successful partnership building, we will add a fixed monthly fee, which will depend on your results. The success fee and fixed monthly fee will be discussed during the process.
